By accessing, registering an account, or using rakyatdigital.gov.my (“the Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) including the policy(ies) referenced in these Terms. This Platform is operated by MyDIGITAL Corporation [Company Registration No.: 202101029561 (1429861-M)] (collectively, "MyDIGITAL," "us," "we," or "our") under the purview of the Ministry of Digital Malaysia. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

This Site is open to individuals of all backgrounds. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained explicit parental or legal guardian consent to register an account and participate in the learning modules offered on this Site.

1. The Site collects personal information including, but not limited to: name, email, state, year of birth, gender, race, occupation, and postcode. These data are gathered strictly for user authentication, issuing certificates, improving our services and analyzing national demographic upskilling metrics.
2. We handle and process personal data in strict adherence to the applicable Malaysian data privacy legislations including but not limited to  Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), policy, guidelines as well as government directives of Malaysia from time to time.
3. This Site serves as the unified successor to the AI untuk Rakyat portal. If you are an existing user, your historical profile, digital badges, and account metadata have been securely migrated to this database to preserve your educational progress. Accessing your account in the Site constitutes acceptance of this structural optimization.

1. Authentication and single sign-on (SSO) services on this Site are owned, provided and operated exclusively by MyDigital ID Sdn. Bhd., an independent third-party national digital identity platform.  
2. Access to the Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant or guarantee that the login system, authentication tokens, or verification flows will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays.  
3. You explicitly acknowledge that any reliance on the authentication service is at your own risk. MyDIGITAL shall not be held liable or legally responsible for any disruptions, delays, inaccuracies, transactions failures, or inability to access your account resulting from system outages, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures attributable to the MyDigital ID services or its underlying infrastructure.

The Site employs Google Analytics and similar diagnostic tools to collect anonymized data on user interactions to enhance overall user experience and system efficiency. You may choose to disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer not to share such interaction data, though doing so may limit certain personalized features of the Site.

Users are expected to act responsibly and ethically. You agree that you shall not:

1. Engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities, or upload files contaminated with malicious code or viruses.
2. Attempt to scrape, mine, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary learning assets or course materials from the Site.
3. Circumvent or attempt to compromise the Site’s verification or authentication layers (including One-Time Password [OTP] systems or Single Sign-On [SSO] firewalls).

The Site reserves the right to restrict access or take other appropriate measures against any user who violates these Terms or applicable laws.

1. All personalized completion certificates, digital badges, and micro-credentials issued by Rakyat Digital are tied exclusively to the verified identity of the registered account holder. Falsifying identities or leveraging automated scripts, bots, or external aids to complete quizzes is strictly forbidden.
2. The Site reserves the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, and unilaterally revoke any digital badge or certificate discovered to have been obtained through academic dishonesty, programmatic exploitation, or platform circumvention.

1. You acknowledge and agree that certain features, course modules, reference materials, and word-explanations on the Site may be dynamically generated, curated, or assisted by Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technologies or third-party automated tools for illustrative purposes and use case studies.
2. While MyDIGITAL strives to maintain educational quality, AI-generated content is provided strictly for contextual reference and informational exercises. MyDIGITAL makes no warranties or representations regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, real-world reliability or non-infringement of any AI-generated outputs. Any reliance on such automated explanations or case studies is strictly at your own risk and MyDIGITAL disclaims all liability for errors, factual inaccuracies, or omissions stemming from automated content generation.

1. This Site is provided to the general public as a national digital literacy initiative on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. MyDIGITAL makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied in the Site, the courses including but not limited to continuous uptime, error-free progression tracking, or immediate certificate generation.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyDIGITAL Corporation, the Ministry of Digital, the Government of Malaysia, and all affiliated strategic partners involved in the creation, hosting, or provisioning of content, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of opportunity, academic disruption, career delays, or personal reliance on issued badges/credentials/XP points arising from your use of, or inability to use the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the Site, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

This Terms are provided in both Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the Bahasa Melayu version and the English version, the English version shall prevail to the extent of such conflict, inconsistency or difference.

MyDIGITAL reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted live on this webpage. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of such changes.
