   1. Full name, Email address, Year of birth, Gender, Ethnic race, Occupation, State, and Postcode.
   2. Platform Interaction Logs: Internet Protocol (IP) address, dates/times of access, browser type, device operating system, and tracking metrics through analytics engines.
2. Providing your name, email address, and core demographic metrics is obligatory to create an account and access the course pathways. Failure to supply this data will prevent us from authenticating your identity, validating course completion, or issuing your official digital certificates.
3. Any personal data submitted to this Site will not be disclosed unless permitted by law. In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal data to government ministries or agencies, strictly when necessary to address official feedback, public complaints, or to validate institutional credentials.

2.  Analyzing demographic metrics to evaluate nationwide digital literacy upskilling trends for public policy optimization.
3. This platform absorbs the historical user databases of the previous AI untuk Rakyat initiative. If you registered for the foregoing program, your existing profile data and credentials have been migrated securely to ensure progression continuity.
4. We assure that your individual profiles will never be sold, leased, or utilized for commercial marketing or targeted consumer advertising.

1. We deploy rigorous structural protections, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) data encryption software, access control firewalls, and isolated server environments to block unauthorized database breaches.
2. Your personal data will only be retained for the duration necessary to satisfy the educational and statistical analysis purposes outlined herein or as required to meet statutory public-sector record-keeping standards. Once no longer required, data will be completely anonymized or permanently destroyed unless otherwise required by law or prevailing government policies.

   2. Request the correction, update, or amendment of incomplete or inaccurate profile details.
   3. Withdraw your consent for the further processing of your data (which will result in the closure of your learning profile).

1. This Notice are provided in both Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the Bahasa Melayu version and the English version, the English version shall prevail to the extent of such conflict, inconsistency or difference.
2. MyDIGITAL reserves the right to revise, amend, or update this Notice at its sole discretion at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted live on this webpage.
