Agentic AI for All

Course Description:

Agentic AI for All is a self‑paced learning program designed to empower Malaysians to understand and engage with the new frontier of agentic artificial intelligence. Unlike earlier AI systems that were reactive or prompt‑dependent, agentic AI acts with context, autonomy, and initiative. Learners will explore the evolution of AI from predictive and generative systems into agentic agents, uncover the blueprint of how agents work “behind the scenes,” and discover practical tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT. Through guided practice and quizzes, participants will gain both conceptual knowledge and practical skills to direct agentic AI effectively, even when using open‑based platforms. The course emphasizes accessibility, confidence‑building, and everyday relevance, helping learners transition from passive users of technology to active directors of agentic AI.

By learning this course, learners will be able to:

• Discover AI's Evolution: Explain the development of AI from the Predictive Era to the Generative Era and into the Agentic Era.
• Understand Agentic Blueprints: Identify the key inputs (purpose, instructions, knowledge sources, prompts, boundaries) that shape agent behaviour.
• Apply Core Mechanisms: Recognize the role of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for cross‑platform connectivity and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) for accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Use Everyday Tools: Demonstrate how agentic AI principles appear in platforms like Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT, applying them to personal and professional tasks.
• Direct Agentic AI Effectively: Design clear inputs and boundaries to guide agents toward reliable, outcome‑driven results, building confidence in everyday use.
